As the PP said, it was part of the Flower & Garden Festival. It has also made an appearance at the Food & Wine Festival.

And although I couldn't wait to try it, I found it rather dry and not too much taste. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I was really disappointed.

Hmmm, I have made that one. The kid's sushi rolls with gummy worms wrapped in rice crispy treat and surrounded by fruit by the foot. The kids loved it.

They made that variant at the F&W Festival many years ago, but I don't recall seeing it in at recent Festivals.

It was called Yumi Sushi. I remember it was offered at the 2001 F&W at a Kids' Booth that had several items like the sushi designed to appeal to kids.
