Nope. Whenever Future World opens.

Frozen and all of Norway opens when Epcot opens. You'll walk through Mexico and go into Norway. This also includes the Anna and Elsa meet and greet

Above answers are correct it opens with the park.

Nope. Whenever Future World opens.

True, but the 'great' part about it is no 'blending' with the FP lane until 'after' 11AM!!

We just got back - were able to SB two different days at 35min. (actually was a little less) in the morning early, but was 'not' rope drop - we don't rope drop - too much of a madhouse usually for us. The line moves fast and it was great! We also had two FP's (got one, day of) so we got to ride it 4 times - really like that one!!
