What are your takes on the idea?

Frozen itself, no. Some aspect of Frozen, yes. Possibly a Troll cartoon or an Olaf cartoon. Since a sequel is in the works, I don't think the sisters will be in a show except to visit.

They already took over a whole season of Once Upon A Time...isn't that good enough?

If they do it as well as Tangled: The Series, then I am all for it! That said, I don't think it's in the cards for now. Maybe after the sequel they will go that direction.
