can someone post their touring plan when they did the frozen summer fun. Like what activities you did first, times, etc. Just need a plan to follow. Thanks.

Hi there! I highly recommend checking out the official frozen summer fun thread started by lovethattink. I found it extremely helpful when I was planning. Unfortunately I can't link it now because I'm on my phone.

I was there for one day on Saturday August 2 (an EMH day).

Here's the schedule we followed:

10:00 AM: in park, went straight to our procession viewing spot. We sat right where the procession comes out, to the left of the crossroads hub and right behind guest services. This worked out perfectly because we sat right on the curb in the shade the whole time.

While my dad sat in our spot I walked back to Streets of America- San Francisco to pick up our singalong tickets for the 1:30 show.

11:00 AM: The Frozen Processional.
Thanks to Lovethattink's official frozen summer thread, I learned that we could follow immediately behind the procession as it passed to get a good viewing spot for the stage show. This worked out perfectly and it felt kind of like we were in the parade.

11:30 AM: Wandering Oaken's Trading Post - Funland.

No wait to get inside, and about a 20 minute wait to play in the snow. We had time to spare before singalong so we went to the merchandise gift shop area as well, and there was no line at all for check out.

12:50 PM: Frozen Singalong return time

12:50 was the earliest time listed on our tickets that we could return, but we found that there was already a huge line by the time we got there at 12:50, and everyone in line was for our 1:30 show.

8:30 PM: Frozen Fireworks spot

We found a spot for the fireworks relatively close to the stage, right in front of a popcorn cart. This worked out well for us because the popcorn cart area was taped off and no one could stand there, so we didn't have anyone pushing against us or any crowding from behind.

We enjoyed the live music from the concert and it was nice to sit and relax after a busy day. Once the fireworks and stage show began we had an amazing view. The fireworks were enormous and felt like they were right in our faces, and we could also see the stage show pretty well on our tippy toes (lots of kids on shoulders and I am short, haha!)

I hope this helps you!! You will have so much fun - let me know if you have any other questions.

Actually one question....they do a stage show after the procession? what kind of show? Thanks!!

Just a heads up that they changed how far front non-package guests may go with the processional. They now get stopped and package guests are allowed in front of the stage first.

The stage show is very short. It takes place in front of the big blue hat - anna and Elsa go on the stage and receive a royal welcome. Olaf also makes an appearance as well and there's a magical singalong at the end. :) Also, yes I believe the premium package guests were let into the stage show viewing area before other guests when I was there August 2. But we still got very close to the stage and had an amazing view because we were immediately behind the parade.

Thanks so much for this great info! Did you have time to do any of the other attractions at HS or did FSF take up most of your day?

Of course! Lovethattink's thread was an enormous help to me when I was planning, so I'm happy to help others plan too!

Here is a picture of our itinerary that day and what we did. You can see we were able to do quite a few other attractions/activities, but we also crammed a lot into one day and this type of touring might not be for everybody. We had time to rest while waiting for the parade in the morning, before our Little Mermaid FP+ and before the fireworks, but the rest of the day we were going going going.

I hope you enjoy your trip - I know you will absolutely love the Frozen Summer events, I found them so magical! I'm happy to answer any other questions also. :goodvibes

OP, we have only done one full day open to close for Frozen and that was a Premium Package day. All our other days have been a few hours here and a few hours there. The full day was the only one where we used our 3 FP+. All the others we used one at the most.

For the singalong be sure to arrive in your time window, especially if you are for an early show. When we were there on Monday, the 12:30 show was "sold out". There are now 5 queue areas for the show. There are big signs so be sure to read what line you are getting in. I posted pictures and details. There is a link to them on the first post of the tips thread.

We actually saw people with tickets being turned away who arrived at 12:25 for the 12:30 show. That's all in my post. Be sure to check it out.

Thanks so much for the kind words! I'm glad the Tips Thread helped.

And I thank you for the popcorn cart tip. We may try that sometime if we can't get a picnic table.

We were there on the 2nd too.

Would you mind sharing your itinerary on the tips thread too? I think it's great and could really help others.
