Frozen Sing Along - where to sit to exit theater quickly?

I'd like to see the 10:30 Frozen show, then BOOK IT to RNR for a FP+ that ends at 11:10

The Frozen show is 30 minutes - if we exit quickly, could we make that FP+? I know I have a short (15 minute?) grace window where they will let us in.

We are a group of 7, but no strollers, we can all move pretty quickly.

Where should we sit in the theater for a quick getaway?

Unless something has changed, when you walk in to the theater, the exit will be all the way across and at the back. So sit somewhere near there.

Also depending on how full the theater is the way you enter is how you'll be seated. So, when in the 'holding area' you should be close to the doors, and at the one in the back. The CM's will encourage you to move all the way to the end, so you'll walk all across the theater to the other side.

Which works to your advantage since the exit is all the way across the theater from the entrance.
Sit in one of the back Stage Right rows and you'll be first to exit.
