I've read great reviews for the Frozen Sing-a-Long and plan to take our younger girls, but wondering if our tween boys would find it funny/entertaining as well? They'll, of course, not want to go... but both have a great sense of humor. Thoughts? Also, do you generally need a fastpass for this? Thanks!

My son was 13 when we went and he enjoyed it! It is really cute! We used a FP and honestly this is the only thing we used a FP for that we thought was wasted. Once you get into the holding area everyone is put together, standby and FP. There is no separation after you tap your band. The show happens soo frequently that you can definitely get in with a little planning (getting there a little bit early). We made the mistake of going all the way to the front and to the right of the holding area only to find out the doors are only on the left and the front door only holds a small number of people. The CM's were telling people to use the doors behind them because the closer to the top of the ramp had more rows to access through the doors. Anyway, we ended up letting everyone go ahead of us then making our way back where we came from and entering through a top door. It didn't really matter to us because we had no need to be anywhere near the front and were quite happy where we were but there was no need at all for a FP since the theater was not quite full for the showing we went to (a noontime show in July).

it's a nice 1/2 hour break from the heat and standing if nothing else.
It's 1/2 comedy show and half songs. Basically, 2 comics doing dad jokes interspersed with video or each song in the movie

The comic "historians" can be pretty funny. And some bad jokes to groan at.

Is FP+ really needed? I have never seen it and plan to see it this November and now wondering if I should use FP+ for something else? Does each show gets really full? If we go 15-30 minutes before the show start, do you think we can get seats without FP+?

We thought it was pretty funny. The comedians were pretty quick thinkers (that or they had first row plants for "spontaneous" jokes, but it didn't seemed rehearsed to me).

I'm not sure how the standard crowd goes, but it seemed like an awful lot of space was taken up from FP, and then they let stand by in. Or they might have just let everyone in at the same time, I'm not sure. I didn't consider it a wasted FP.

My son loved it and he is a teenager! No need for fastpass as long as you're there 15-20 minutes before start time. The theater holds 1000 people and they will usually load it two separate groups. The holding area before you go in only holds @500 people, so they will fill that area, let them in and then load a second group of people.

My then 12 year old chose to skip it last year. He wanted to see Lights, Camera Action one last time. I think he would have enjoyed it, though. Maybe it'll still be around next year!

I will have my two tween boys definitely watching this while we are there in two weeks. They know it's my vacation too and I've read many many all but 100% positive reviews that everyone will enjoy this performance.
