What happened to the room decoration package with pillow, throw, frame, magnet and such?!

I've been planning to purchase this for months (as soon as PIF date was closer and we were sure we could go) for our EBPC cruise.

Like, this was a huge deal. Huge. I'm deviatated.
Can we still order it? Is it temporarily down? Does anyone have info?
I'm kind of freaking out :(

And yes, I know I'm on a Disney cruise and it shouldn't be a big deal, but it is. It's a huge disappointment and I can't help but cry because I was looking forward to that magic. Don't compare what is important or not. This is extremely important to me. I'm purely seeking information at this point (and expressing my waves of sadness).
Thank you.

I am sorry I do not have any info. I will be keeping my fingers crossed for pixidust that it returns. Hopefully they are just out of it for the moment. It was a very cute package. I can't imagine it was not popular enough to return.

Thank you :)

I hope they are just taking stock or something. Probably raising the price ....

Is this something you could bring with you & put out for your kids? I know it won't be the same as it all laid out for you when you arrive, but last year on the Dream I brought special princess dresses for my girls that I laid out on their beds as they were running out the door for breakfast. When we returned to the room afterwards, they were so surprised & it was magical to them that Elsa "gave them" special dressesprincess:

I've ordered it for my upcoming cruise, but saw that it was gone too, and now don't even know if the kids will receive it. DH says don't get your hopes up.

That's weird, because they just announced that Frozen would be back on select Alaskan and Europe cruises for 2016.

Maybe they'll only have the Frozen items on those cruises? Not all cruises.

It doesn't show up for my Iceland cruise either. I had thought about ordering it and would always go in and look, but it disappeared about a month to two months ago as a selection so I thought maybe it sold out. It also had disappeared as a selection for my end of March cruise. I looked on here to see if anyone posted anything about it but didn't see anything mentioned until this post.

I called and the CM said that they 'discontinued' it back in February. He had no information about if it will come back. He asked a supervisor and they have no info, but they did note that Star Wars themes were coming and they have the Frozen cruises. So they may be getting rid of this option in leu of Star Wars?
It doesn't make sense if there isn't going to be a Star Wars celebration on that select cruise -_-
Rather stupid business move to have Frozen cruise days and not have this decor o.O

I told him I was displeased and would like to be directed to where I can give my feedback on the matter and he started comparing the decor to a pair of pants at a store ... like Khols. Yes, he actually said that.
I told him that if a store knows they are discontinuing an item, they usually put on a sale to let customers know and empty their stocks (to make room for new inventory), this room decor is NOT like a pair of pants. Nor is it a fitting comparison because the pants aren't an enhancement to make a $3000+ vacation magical.

Eugh.

So, go to the cruise website and find the feedback form. If you want them to bring this back, keep mailing them.

Thanks for the update. The comparison part to a pair of pants from Kohl's made me chuckle.

That is very a real disappointment for your family I agree. I liked the suggestion of PP of bringing something with you. With Frozen still popular strange they have stopped this. I am sorry this has occurred for you.

The Same here. We are doing the Alaska cruise and a Frozen night. And cant get it. Wish they gave some sort of notice.

I just checked the website. For cruises out of Port Canaveral, they still have a little Frozen stuff (throw, cooler, and chocolate packages). But no room decor.

I am in the same boat...I had waited to order the frozen room decor until closer to the cruise and then it vanished. I had already decided to just bring frozen stuff & do it myself, since it's really for my teens, but it really is a bummer if you wanted it for yourself. Maybe it will magically appear before your date, keep checking.

If you Google Frozen throws there is lots out there. You could bring or mail the Frozen things and ask your stateroom host to decorate the cabin.

I liked this throw

It was a little larger than most

Blanket dimensions: 62" W x 90" L

Snowflakes

You will need to bring small magnets (the walls and ceiling are metal) to hang the snowflakes NO TAPE

If you have a balcony window or for the mirror
