Frozen halted part way through today

At this point, I kind of wonder if it's a combination of things...when the show first debuted, it had a lot of technical problems and that might have been due to the technology not being quite ready. Now, after running for over a year, I wonder if things are starting to wear down. I saw four or five times in the first week when it opened and each show had some kind of issue (usually involving either the sled or the trolls) and last month. I don't recall any major issues last time, but as mentioned, they had made some changes to the show itself (mostly in terms of tightening up scenes, but also some things were cut out entirely).

"Still"? That thread was from April. I doubt that this has been ongoing since then.

I figured the latest poster meant the show is "still" having problems fifteen months into its run and they haven't resolved the issues from when it debuted.
