I agree, however, their own CMs recommend going to that spot to watch them, as the best spot to see them unobstructed. So they should turn off the theme park music and pipe it in there for the fireworks as well. Still, was really enjoyable! But if I get a few minutes this week, I may run back and see if I can get a closer recording on Blvd to sync with for my balcony. My video from echo lake is perfect for the fireworks tho, just the audio less clear. It definitely made the traffic much easier to get thru than SWW too.Probably because of the number of people that are out. SWW was packed and people waited 1.5+ hours for the show. Frozen happens every night and it is more than possible to walk up 5 minutes before the show starts and get a great spot. With the amount of space available on Hollywood Blvd, there isn't really a reason to plan for people to be watching from the side because it really isn't necessary
What will I do come Sept 8 when I don't get them nightly? I went out and watched just Wishes last night, since Frozen wasn't on. Gonna miss my triple feature, but thankfully, I have a few more weeks left...
