Frozen fastpass and ADR

I know its a bit of a crapshoot right now, but now that it has been operational, how long should I anticipate the frozen ride fastpass line being? What happens if it breaks down when you are in line? Are you SOL?

We have an ADR 30 minutes after the fastness begins in August. FP is at 11:20 am.

Arrive 5 minutes early (11:15) and you'll be allowed to enter the FP line if the ride is working.
