Oh no! I hope it is not May 27th because we have Epcot scheduled for that day and I would prefer to be no where near Epcot when this ride opens.

But just imagine how empty the rest of the park will be!

It will definitely open before June 12th as Disney just sent out an email saying if you book a package starting that date you will be able to enjoy Frozen Ever After at Epcot.

A&E is showing as completely dispersed at MK for all dates from May 27th on. They have plenty of availability on the 25th and 26th. The Dibb is showing availability on the 27th, 28th, and 29th all going to standby at exactly the same time. I can't believe that is a coincidence. I changed our MK day to the 26th to make sure DD gets to see A&E.

Ahh, every time I get frustrated with the uncertainty in my May HS plans and AK plans, and I think, well at least FEA is delayed until late May so at least I don't have to worry about Ep uncertainty, someone pops up with an early May opening rumor. We are there Mag 2nd so I think it's highly unlikely, but still.

I'm glad they're not handing out MK M&G FPs only to turn around and revoke them. Best Disney decision they've made in a while. Glad we're not dealing with M&G uncertainty. I'm sorry for those who are.

Sounding more and more like May 27th is the plan. However, it remains to be seen if they'll get it ready in time...our FP Epcot day is Wednesday 6/8. So they have some wiggle room as far as getting it open for us...lol.

I saw those recent photos and agree. But it's more than 2 months away. So who knows?

I'd still rather have them hold back on the FPs and not take a chance on having to claw them back. Better safe than sorry. But I think it still says that when they move, they won't be offered in the MK as well.

Hi everyone! I'm heading to WDW from May 15th-20th and staying at the Contemporary for the first time. I cannot wait! Just wondering, does anyone know if the Frozen Ever After ride is going to be open by that time? I've heard a lot of different rumors, especially May 1st. But I saw on the website that they're advertising it as summer. Any opinions?

That happened to me with Mine Train. The cast member in charge just lifted up the rope and let like 10 people on! Fingers crossed for us both

I was hoping the M&G would still be available in the MK, as I have much more flexibility in fastpass choices there. The tiering at Epcot will likely turn this into a big headache.

I know, right? I'm a complete FP+ newbie and it's enough learning how to do all that without the uncertainties of FEA, ROL, Soarin (though I've given up on that one), etc! I hope we get some info soon, though I do have a plan in place for FP if we don't. If anything comes up after our 60 day window opens, I'll just try to change it, I suppose.

If you get a chance, check out my TR. if you don't have time, that's ok, too. But I will eventually post my touring plans. It would be cool to see if we have any overlaps so we can say a quick hello or grab a photo!

That's exactly why I am doing it. Helps organize my thoughts! And keep me sane with all this planning and uncertainty. And I definitely want to do a TR since its my boys' first trip (well my 4.5 yr old's 2nd but he was 9.5m the first time). Let me know if you do one and I will sub!

There has been no official date announced yet but it was slated for "Summer 2016." When in that means is anybody's guess, though if it were going to be May I would think they would say "Spring 2016."

Based on promotions in years past, I think Disney considers Memorial Day to be the start of the summer season..
