Frozen Dessert Party and Cancellations

I have booked the Frozen Dessert Party for 6/21 - but now my son and granddaughter have been added to the trip. There are no openings at this time, my question is - can anyone guess on how far in advance everyone cancels a party that they aren't going to? I know that I cancel it as soon as I realize that I am not going to make it due to other scheduling but do some people wait until the last minute to cancel?

And I don't remember - it there a 5 day cancellation policy for Frozen like there is for the Fireworks Viewing Dessert party at MK?

We were just there last week and had the Frozen Dessert Party booked for Wed May 2. I was not sure what the cancellation policy was (couldn't find it on the website) but I called and canceled our reservation on Saturday April 28 and had my refund Monday April 30. The cast member I spoke with did have a bit of trouble finding the reservation (even with the reservation #) but finally located it and took care of everything, no problem at all!

Cancel? Leave your son and granddaughter at the pool. A Dessert party is life! Keep checking to add the two that night. Those open up.
