Frozen Crown Package at BBB?

Just called to confirm my daughter's appointment at the BBB and was informed by the CM that a frozen crown package is available at both downtown Disney and the castle. She said they just learned of it last week, but it has been available for the last month. Can anyone who recently went confirm it? Also, does the package include the hairstyle like the Disneyland A&E Boutique or is it the wigs? Thanks.
