Frontier Discount Den vs. The Works

I still need to book our flight home for our upcoming trip, and usually fly SW, but their prices have been so so high and not coming down for weeks. So I have been looking into Frontier but their website is a little vague and I had some questions.

Does the Discount Den have any more benefits other than lower fares, like free bags, advanced seating, etc.? It seems like The Works offers that but I don't want to purchase that if the Discount Den offers the same. Also, how much does The Works cost, and is it a one-person fee or is every traveler charged?
