Awesome thanks!! Any recommendations for which park to do first? Planning on getting there before opening then I was thinking IOA first since it's mostly quick rides and probably gets more crowded..?

The real "headline" attractions at the Studios are The Simpsons and Revenge of the Mummy and at IOA, Hulk and Spiderman are the most popular attractions. Sounds like a good plan to do IOA first for the reasons you stated.

How long would the wait be the 2nd week of August? We are staying at Royal Pacific so will have the Fast Pass.

Is the Fast Pass really under a 15 minute wait even in August like their website says?

Most times it's not a whole lot longer than 15 or 20 mins unless there is a mechanical problem or something that closes the attraction. Oh a Fast Pass is for the resort down the street from Universal.
