Front of the line pass

We're leaving tomorrow and thought that we'd spend a day at Sea World next week, not sure which day yet. Is it worth it at this time of year to pay the extra to get the front of the line pass? Or are the waits short enough that it doesn't really matter?

One other question, are those passes locked to a specific person? Meaning we have a son that isn't big enough to ride Manta or Kraken, but 3 of us are, can I just buy 2 FOTL passes and take turns using them while someone stays with my son doing other things, or do I need to get 3? Since only 2 would be riding at any given time, I wondered if I could save some money.

Thanks!
