I haven't voted yet and I have a question that maybe someone can answer..

On the rectangular map choice (leading vote getter), why are some of the ports green and some gray? I wish they were all the same color. idk, just a thought.

Also it is straight from the DCL web site. It is the map they use to show the route of the cruise.

Alan, you are right. DCL does use that same map. Guess I'm weird, don't really care for the gray part. That logo is still a great choice though!!!!

I like it cause it is simple, no charaters so I don't have to worry about one I don't care for, and it is not over the top Disney. We all love Disney or we would not be here. That is why I broke down and picked number 3

Hello all!!! I hope everyone is having a great weekend!!!

We have been super busy here. Went out and enjoyed New Moon last night. Today we emptied the pantry and fixed the rolling shelves. Now we are trying to get the house ready for the kids and grandkids. Between the four of us and nine of them, we will have to figure out where everyone is going to sleep!!!
Our house is going to feel very small!! LOL
But I am sooooo excited to see everyone!!

How was the film, Im at work all weekend but will go next week.
I love when all the family are round, I am SURE your house is bigger then mine, It is so funny, bodies in sleeping bags everywhre, you have to be carefull and not stand on anyone when you get up.

Sorry can't help on this one as my rule of thumb is no laundry while I am on vacation. I refuse to do chores when I am on vacation. I always pack enough clothes for the whole trip.

Yes, especially on a 15 day cruise. We pack for 7-10 days and need to do laundry. Especially with airlines now charging for bags.

did laundry on the magic = machines worked very well and dried the whole load in one go UNLIKE the villas at Wilderness lodge where I had to divide my one load between 3 driers and it STILL took 2 hours to dry even with no towels or jeans!

Now, I'm faced with finding a room mate - dh decided he'd rather stay home to ski.

Hi everyone! I've been off for a over a week, I've checked in but haven't posted. We lost our beloved cat, Duchess Marie, a week ago Saturday. We decided a new kitten would help us heal and have been enjoying life with Chessie Beth. If you ever lose a pet, don't worry about getting a new one too quickly. It was the best thing for us. Chessie is an amazing bandage!

Anyway, welcome to all the new cruisers, looking forward to getting to know you all.

I wish we didn't have to do laundry while on the ship, but we always end up doing several loads. Those rooms do get crowded on the longer cruises. Other than sometimes finding an available washer it really isn't much of an inconvenience. It is great they went to room card swipes--no more quarters!

So sorry to hear about your sweet Duchess Marie. Glad you are enjoying your new kitty Chessie Beth. We too lost our dog Rosie just last Friday night. Our other dog is so lost without her.

Welcome to Paula and Alan. We are booked on WBTA too. The PC trip is my hubby's retirement cruise BEFORE we find "fun" jobs.
