Well, I have a very fun visit to the dentist this morning. I am the biggest chicken in the world - just for a polish and I had to have novacane. My upper lip and nose are numb - but my teeth look nice .

Good luck at dentist, len is going today also, he is getting root canal treatment I think, Thank god Im night shift and wont have to listen to him moaning all night Did I type that??!! I love him really

My nose is almost normal again but my top lip has a long way to go. Poor Len - although I have had several and am happy to report that I never had a lick of trouble. Just takes longer than a filling but I never had any pain issues afterwards. My dentist is a good guy.

So, what's in a chocolate smoothie? Is it like a chocolate milk shake??

And this must be the week for dental work. I'm getting 2 crowns tomorrow. I take about 5 valium and 2 percocet before I go. I'm a dentiphobe, lol

I am one of those weird people who never takes novacane or any pain relief at the dentist. I just don't like it and honestly going to the dentist is not that bad for me. Whenever I go to a new dentist they look at me like I am crazy.

Now my DH on the other hand can't walk into a dentist office without being drugged.

We lived in Frankfort, KY for awhile and there was a dentist there that advertised that he 'Catered to Cowards'. Needless to say, that is where I went. Another good guy.

Going to get my teeth cleaned is the WORST thing, but, I love how my teeth feel after they are done, so I just tolerate and the current hygenist really is pretty good.

OK, good luck with everyone's appointments - and I also hope the wisdom teeth removal recovery is going well and the worst is over. My DIL had hers out a week ago yesterday and ended up with a dry socket. Makes mine hurt...

It used to be on the DCL bar menus, but doesn't seem to be on most of them anymore. Nevertheless, you can order them at any bar.

As you can probably tell from my postings, I'm not one of the "close down the bar" folks. I have no problem with people who drink - as long as they don't insist I join in.
