272 days - anyone know what the count was when we all booked back in September?

Good morning from wet, rainy and soon to be snowy Michigan. Yep, we are expecting several inches tonight. WAAAAAAAA! And no - that did not get it all out of my system but I will not bore you with an further whining - right now anyway .

OMG THAT sounds DREADFUL! It was 87 here yesterday, but I'll bet we have Gail's weather by the weekend

Good Morning fellow cruisers! I'm home bound today- or at least until Mikes car gets repaired. - although I may have to walk into town to get his car before shop closes. Wish we had mon/tuesdays weather instead of high of 50 we have today. (at least it's not the "possibility of snow" they just mentioned for Michigan

I have been wondering the same thing

I thought the DCL website said check back around 120 days.

Well - it has snowed off and on for most of the morning and early afternoon but nothing has stuck. Temps are in the mid-30's and heading to the 20's tonight so guess we still have a chance. Super glad the weatherman was wrong though - that must indeed be a thankless job.

I hope everyone is having a grand day and to Linda and those to the east of me - cooler weather on the way.

Denise - I am anxiously awaiting the excursions as well. I did find some 'ideas' on the DCL website about some options though but it was just mixed in with their descriptions of the various ports.

If you are really interested in researching port excursions, check out the excursions offered by other cruise lines in those ports. Remember, Disney contracts out the shore excursions to local operators, so it's a safe bet that some of the excursions offered by other cruise lines will also be offered by DCL - though the DCL version may have some custom features, or family-friendly additions.

Excursions should be up in June or July according to my friend at DCL. My friend thinks more like late July. This will give everyone enough time to look them over, and decide on what they want to do. I look forward to you all beingboff the ship so I can have it to myself.

Are you a Hard Rock collector too? I love collecting from there! I always get 2 shooter glasses, a pin, and tshirt. I get the "city tees" (the white ones with the picture on the back) and I actually cut out the backs and sew them onto a big quilt. I finished one already with about 24 cities on it, it is so cool. I have about half of what I need for a second quilt so I'm hoping to hit Aruba, Cabo, and PV on this trip to add to my collection!

As you can probably tell from my postings, I'm not one of the "close down the bar" folks. I have no problem with people who drink - as long as they don't insist I join in.

I'm with you. DH and I do not drink either. I think the chocolate smoothie sounds perfect just the way it is.

Are you a Hard Rock collector too? I love collecting from there! I always get 2 shooter glasses, a pin, and tshirt. Just the tshirts, This is a great cruise for hrcafes! Remind me nearer the time and I will bring you a shot glass from Edinburgh, but please dont be shy just remind me!! I love sitting in the cafes looking at the back page of menu saying, weve been to that one and that one bla bla.

Then I guess I will see you at the cove.

The thought of getting of the ship and into a bus does NOTHING for me I am afraid, just a liitle walk around for an hour or so max then back to the ship.

Oh that does not bother me, I would just rather use my money for pins, special Panama Canal merch., or the bar. Excrusions are way to much.

Do you have to actually go to the Hard Rock? We have a Hard Rock here and I would be happy to pick up tshirts, etc. to add to your collections. We live in Myrtle Beach, SC. If you want anything, let me know.
