Bella and I had been hanging out at the playground. Jill sat the second ride out with me. I'm not sure why I didn't go, because I like this ride. It probably had something to do with messing up my hair, which is such a joke, because my hair is messed up before I even get to the bus stop in the mornings.

Miss Climby loved this place.

Then we all did Haunted Mansion.

Then it was time to make our way to Epcot, where we were supposed to meet snowbell in France.

On our way out of the park.

On the monorail.

IMG_6036.jpg

Our DIS friend was eating dinner with her future in-laws at Chefs de France, so we met her at the fountain. She is such a sweet girl.

IMG_6038.jpg

I didn't notice the girl in the background checking things in back of her. Maybe she had sat in water at the fountain.

It would be cool to see the real thing one day.

And Soarin'.

We love eating at Sunshine Seasons, as there are so many choices. I almost always get the chicken, but had been contemplating the Spicy Cashew Chicken for a while. I was a little concerned about the Spicy in that title, so I asked for a test taste. It had a tiny kick to it, but I thought if I just picked out the peppers, it would be okay. After seeing pictures and hearing reviews and tasting it for myself, I went for it.

IMG_6042.jpg

I ate until I was sick. It was very good, but I did pull out the peppers, for sure.

Other things that were eaten at our table.

IMG_6043.jpg

IMG_6044.jpg

Then we went to ride Nemo.

IMG_6051.jpg

Then we went exploring around the pavilion.

I like the educational aspects of this area.

IMG_6055.jpg

I don't like the fact that Bruce always eats our children.

IMG_6057.jpg

You know what we were after here.

IMG_6058.jpg

This belongs to Seth.

IMG_6059.jpg

Just recently, we have discovered that Bella also needs some Mine, Mine, Mine merchandise.
She says this frequently.

Leaving Epcot for the night.

IMG_6060.jpg

Waiting for the bus. (I know you are surprised that Trent and Brooklynn are playing.)

IMG_6061.jpg

Bella had had all the excitement she could handle for one day.

IMG_6062.jpg

That's it for tonight. Hope you enjoyed getting back into report mode.

Next up: I really don't remember. When I see the pictures, I will let you know. :upsidedow I am trying to remember the plans of July 3rd, but they escape me at the moment.

For some reason, the picture of Bella with her paci in Bruce's mouth is funny to me.

Hurrah! What fantastic updates! :yay: I hardly know what to comment on first.

I have never noticed the candy corn stone!

It looks crowded in Frontierland!

Brooklyn looks not too sure in one pic on Thunder Mountain. Glad she ended up liking it! :thumbsup2 I love this ride but always feel like it throws me around to the point I am squeezing whomever I am riding with. :sad2:

Would you believe I have never eaten at Sunshine Seasons? :scared1: What is your recommendation? Do they use the food grown in the Land?

Miss Climby is just too cute!!!

Love those lights in the sidewalks. Going to try to rub some off ala Happydog's son on my next trip. ;)

Someday I'm going to have to watch Finding Nemo so I get the "mine, mine, mine" joke... :rolleyes1

As always, love hearing about your trip. Great news that you will have an Atlanta meet between now and your next trip to the World. That should help time fly on by! :goodvibes

We have never been down to the play area at Splash Mtn. It sure looks like Bella was having a great time climbing all over! Next time we take Harper we will stop there for sure.:goodvibes

My compliments to the photographer! Lovely picture of the bride over at Haunted Mansion....:thumbsup2

I really think you would enjoy an ipod. I use mine at school daily. It's nice to just download music and not mess with the cds anymore...
Especially if there is just one song that you want instead of the whole bunch.

You got a really good shot of the bride on HM!
What a big girl Brookie is for conquering BTM. I am riding that baby next trip for sure.
My mouth is drooling from those Sunshine Seasons. I can never decide what to get there-- it's all so good.
Trent and Tonya look super cute together.:goodvibes

Hurray for more fun at Disney World! Brooklyn looks like she is having such a blast on Big Thunder with her hair whipping all around! Was Jill just holding onto her or checking her heart rate?

I am not surprised that after all that climbing and then more fun riding the Haunted Mansion and Nemo that Bella fell fast asleep!

Yum! Delicious food from Sunshine Seasons as always! :goodvibes

:lmao: about the girl checking her shorts in your picture! Let's hope she hadn't sat in gum like Wigd did last summer!

Great update. I think I finally wandered down to the play area by Splash Last trip to check it out.

I just got a new MP3- I still can't bring myself to get an official Ipod.:confused3

My old one basically got worn out. The volume adjustment did not work anymore and it was not really holding a charge. My parents sent me some money for my birthday a while ago so ....

Off to Best Buy for an MP3 on sale. I got some speakers to use at work since my CD player is not playing nice so I am all set. I can just plug the MP3 put it on shuffle and not worry which CD I have on hand. :thumbsup2

Now I have to go and get a parachute!??:)

This had been the scene as I made my way over to Splash Mountain.
IMG_6007.jpg

Yikes! :faint: That's the biggest reason I will never get Tom there during summer. He hates crowds; we both do, really, but he is worse.

The now familiar wide open mouth.
IMG_6014.jpg

Love it! :rotfl: So glad she liked the ride!

Great picture! :thumbsup2

IMG_6038.jpg

I didn't notice the girl in the background checking things in back of her. Maybe she had sat in water at the fountain.

:lmao: I wonder how many other families have pictures of me doing something not-so-flattering! :rotfl2:

Trent and Tanya in front of the Eiffel Tower.
IMG_6039.jpg

She's a cutie!

Brooklynn looked like she had so much fun on Big Thunder. So glad she loved it! It was my favorite ride when I was 4, too- I couldn't get enough!

Bella climbing...I'm not surprised  I bet she would've climbed all the way up the fake tree if she could!

I love the "mine mine mine" merchandise. Glad to see the color changed for the adult's shirt- when I purchased one for my BF it was the color of the baby bodysuit, so he just wears it as a sleep shirt. I definitely like the gray better!

Yikes! It looks crowded in Frontierland, it usually is though with two big attractions so close to one another.

I'm totally with Brooklynn, I could ride BTMRR again & again & again - it's so much fun.

I took a bite of my mom's spicy cashew chicken and thought it was really good, glad you enjoyed it too.

That Bruce sure does like the taste of children, he eats mine all the time too!

Mom, you rode BTMRR with us the first time while Trent and Tanya stayed with Bella. Don't you remember being pulled over to the side before loading because John wanted to make sure we weren't in the front or the back for Brooklynn's first ride.

I was having to hold on to her every once in a while. Since John was sitting with us the bar didn't come anywhere near her lap so she would slide back and forth.

I have to admit, I've never seen that candy corn stone before!! See, we learn something new every day! :)

Love the meet pics.

Wait until you hear about Little Guy's first time on BTMRR. Looks like Brookie did good! :thumbsup2

Awww such a fun update!!

That's good to know that Jill has to fight Brooklyn to pull her hair up! Hollie does the same thing!! She wants her hair long and I buy really cute bows and stuff, but she says she wants her hair down and long! lol!! I have to fight with her about it!

I got excited when I saw the S because I knew it was from Soarin!! haha So, I at least got one letter right!! haha

For some reason, the picture of Bella with her paci in Bruce's mouth is funny to me.

She looks terribly afraid, doesn't she?

I always enjoy reliving the trips through the pictures.

I have almost always gotten the rotisserie chicken at Sunshine Seasons. Trent almost always gets the salmon. Jill tries different things, but likes the chicken. I was happy with the cashew chicken and am very glad I gave it a try. I wanted to get it again later in the trip, but the occasion never presented itself, so I'll have it again on a future trip. They do use the food grown in Living with the Land in WDW restaurants. I would think SS would be one of them, but I can't say for sure. I am pretty sure that I read somewhere that Garden Grill definitely uses those crops.

Yes, you have to watch Nemo! That is one of Brooklynn's favorites!

We have never been down to the play area at Splash Mtn. It sure looks like Bella was having a great time climbing all over! Next time we take Harper we will stop there for sure.

It's a great place to wait with the little ones while the big people go splashing and thundering around the rest of that area. :yay:

We got lucky and were stopped for a second just a little ways in front of the bride.

I turn on DIS Radio when I get into my room every morning. It starts my day with a smile. :)

You got a really good shot of the bride on HM!

Brooklynn would be glad to help soothe your fears about Big Thunder Mountain. ;)

She loved that ride more than we thought she would.

I didn't notice the girl until I just put the picture on here. :upsidedow

Sunshine Seasons has good desserts, too. :thumbsup2

Probably the very same wad of gum from France!

It's a bubblegum conspiracy!

I'll plead ignorance. I don't know the difference in an Ipod and an MP3 player. All I need is for somebody to put my Disney, Gospel, and Christian music on some kind of electronic device and show me which button to push to turn it on. Then I will be okay for life. :rotfl:

Maybe you could tie a bunch of resort towels together and just jump out of the plane as you go by. I'm sure Trent would make an attempt to catch you.

Yikes! That's the biggest reason I will never get Tom there during summer. He hates crowds; we both do, really, but he is worse.

Great picture! :thumbsup2

I wonder how many other families have pictures of me doing something not-so-flattering!

She's a cutie!

I hope I am not out there in someone's pictures inspecting my derriere, but I am sure that I have stood up from the ground or a brick wall or elsewhere and done the same thing.

Yes, the crowd was pretty thick back there!

Brooklynn looked like she had so much fun on Big Thunder. So glad she loved it! It was my favorite ride when I was 4, too- I couldn't get enough!

Bella climbing...I'm not surprised I bet she would've climbed all the way up the fake tree if she could!

Bella will climb as high as she possibly can, if not stopped!

I'll probably have to get a Mine, Mine, Mine souvenir just so I can tell Bella when she is older how funny she was saying Mine all the time. :cutie:

Yikes! It looks crowded in Frontierland, it usually is though with two big attractions so close to one another.

I'm totally with Brooklynn, I could ride BTMRR again & again & again - it's so much fun.

People are friends, not food! Doesn't he know???

BTMRR is fun. It's just the right intensity for me. Everest is too much, but Big Thunder is fun.

I knew you could jog my memory. I do remember now, because Tanya said that as soon as we left, somebody knocked Bella over! I knew I had gone on it, but I wasn't sure if I had my turn later in the trip.

Great update!

Fun to see Brooklynn on the ride she enjoyed so much!
Can't wait for more

It's great to be back into trip mode. I don't know what tomorrow holds for Jill, so I don't know when she'll have the next round ready.

I have to admit, I've never seen that candy corn stone before!! See, we learn something new every day! :)

Love the meet pics.

Wait until you hear about Little Guy's first time on BTMRR. Looks like Brookie did good! :thumbsup2

I see new things on every trip. I had never noticed that before, either. I just saw it and thought it looked like candy corn. Probably just total coincidence, but you know me - I take pictures of everything! I'm pretty sure I got some looks when I was taking a picture of the ground.

Awww such a fun update!!

That's good to know that Jill has to fight Brooklyn to pull her hair up! Hollie does the same thing!! She wants her hair long and I buy really cute bows and stuff, but she says she wants her hair down and long! lol!! I have to fight with her about it!

I got excited when I saw the S because I knew it was from Soarin!! haha So, I at least got one letter right!! haha

I call Brooklynn 'Cousin It' when her hair is all down in her face. I try to get pictures of her, but I can't see her eyes or nose or mouth. Just hair! :rotfl: I try to wait until she has it up and I can see that there's a little girl under all that! ;) She's very tender-headed, though, and even though Jill tries to be gentle, there is often drama involved when she is trying to fix Brooklynn's hair. I think it is getting a little better, though, because Jill has laid down the law since Pre-K has started - she must have her hair up every day. It is the absolute rule. She looked so cute in the 4th of July picture that Shocker took where she was sitting at the table with Wigd. You could see her sweet little expression. :lovestruc

I bet you got a bunch of letters right! You had to know I would get the Soarin' S, since it is my favorite ride. ::yes::

Which ones were the very hardest for you?
I'm interested to know which ones were the major 'stumpers'.

There were quite a few, but right off the top of my head; The C from the Celebrate sign, some of the Boardwalk area stuff (I've only visited there twice) and some of the DHS stuff. I need to pay more attention to the details.

Hi Memom!

Sorry I haven't posted in a while!

Did you get a new camera? All of your pictures look even more amazing than usual! Or maybe it's just me going through Disney withdrawal and any picture of Disney looks better than usual :lmao:

I am glad Brooklyn liked BTMRR! It's such a fun ride!

Dinner at Sunshine Seasons looks good! I will have to eat there sometime!
