From one chateau to another trip report - take 2, or maybe not?

Sounds good so far!! Other than the waiter in Walts..... Did you mention he'd been rude to you before?? I certainly would have done!!

Glad you enjoyed at Annettes, but that family sound awful... We had a family like that near us in Annettes- They left the table filthy and we couldn't walk across that bit of floor afterwards!!

Sounds a bit hectitc!!! But the bustle will give it a lot of 'atmosphere' I assume?? (Try and put a positive face on everything!).... Overall did you enjoy yout trip?

That'll be me in October then, Kacee can't seem to eat anything without getting it everywhere! I've even found wheatabix in his nappy before

Yes, but in kids his age its understandable.... This family had two kids about the same age as me in it!! And the parents, and no little children at all!!

That's rather bad, thought those 'types' would have been better off in McDonalds anyway.

Once over heard a family like that reading the menu outside of Annettes saying "We can eat at McDonalds for half that price, it's a rip off" and an English bloke behind them saying "Well (insert swear word here) to McDonalds then"

of course we enjoyed our trip, can't think of a disney trip I didn't enjoy (maybe the one I wa sreally sick and had a high fever...)

Young children can make a mess. But when a 12 yo drops his menu, he should pick it up, not walk over it. As a parent, you don't give the mustard bottle to your 2yo to "play" with, you know the only thing they'll do with it is put it in their mouth. If your hildren throw all the stuff they got to entertain them during dinner on the ground, you pick it up.
You tell them "no" when they throw fry after fry after fry on the ground, you don't cheer for them.

There were some waiters on skates, one almost fell over the fries!

Oh well, in the end, all was good
And their burgers are better than McD's!!!

oh, and our next visit will maybe be for halloween or else around those mickey dinner show dates during the christmas season. I might go a weekend with a friend in between too.

I know I'm lucky I can go often. It's because of the company car (free transport) and staying at the B&B. I could not afford this going by TGV and staying at a Disney Hotel (Santa Fe where we used to stay before), let alone the Disneyland Hotel and castle club!

But I like the B&B, I just don't like the drive back home on the last day
