From MK, which of these resorts is fastest to get to for breakfast?

I'm geographically challenged, with regard to WDW.

Assuming we're at MK, and we're going to a resort to have a late breakfast...which of the following resorts can we get to fastest? We will be returning to MK after breakfast:

Grand Floridian (isn't there a boat or something?)
Polynesian
Beach Club

Either the Grand Floridian or the Polynesian will be quickest, although the Contemporary will be quickest of all!

There is a boat to the Grand Floridian or the Polynesian, or you can take the resort monorail - the monorail route is MK-CR-TTC-Poly-GF - MK

Not on your list, but Trails End at FW has an awsome breakfast buffet. Just take the Green boat down from the MK enterence.

Depending on which way the resort loop is running for the monorail either the GF or Polynesian. I don't believe there are boats to the GF only to WL and the TTC. More than likely it will be the GF.

As one of the previous posters mentions the CR could very well be the quickest, again depending on which loop the resort monorails are running. Sometimes they run to the CR first, then TTC, then Poly, then GF, and sometimes opposite, GF, Poly, TTC, and CR. You can also walk to the CR from MK.

...I stand corrected. Just checked and there are boat launches from GF. See...learn something new everyday

There are definitely boats to the GF. On the way from MK the boats go to GF then Poly.

The resort monorail only goes clockwise.....MK>CR>TTC>Polynesian>GF.

The express monorail goes the opposite direction.

The little launches go MK>GF>Poynesian>MK.

You can also take the ferry to theTTC and walk to the Polynesian or take the monorail to it or GF.

On average I think the fastest would be monorail to CR and walk back. Launch to the GF, monorail back would be quick too if you hit the launch just right. But any combination shouldn't take too long to any of the three resorts and the transportation options are adventures unto themselves.

I would walk over to the Contemporary. It is quick by monorail too. But after breakfast, walk back to MK. The walk is about 8 minutes...the monorail back to MK..about 20. It always goes clockwise. The express from the TTC stops only at MK and it goes counterclockwise always.
You could get breakfast at either Chef Mickeys or Concourse Steakhouse. We actually had a very good breakfast there the morning after Hurricane Charley!!

I agree with Kim--Trail's end is the best value on property--bar none...and one of the best kept secrets!
