So I think this is the only thing left on my to do list (maybe) for our November 15th trip. Since only 2 people and only carry-on luggage I think the best way would be to do Lyft or Uber. How far in advance do I need to book? Also I keep seeing mention of pick-up in different terminals. I always thought all the pick up was at baggage claim area. We will be flying Delta if that makes a difference. Thank you

Lyft and Uber pick up very quickly. I follow the ride app signs to level 2 and don’t order until I am at the pick up point. I have never waited more than 10 minutes. It’s worth checking both apps for both price and availability.

use the app to call for the car when you have your luggage. Don’t do it in advance.

You are correct; rideshare is the best option for you. You do not need to book in advance. You keep seeing mention of pick-up in different terminals because there are pick-up areas in both A and B terminals. And you're right, pick-up is at the baggage claim area.

I, too, fly Delta - you will go to the baggage claim area in Terminal B and you'll see the sign on the door. That's when you will book the ride. It's easy.

The pickup point is right outside the Delta baggage claim, so just head there anyway. Request your ride about 5 minutes in advance.

No need to book in advance, Uber/Lyft is an on-demand service that you request at the time of pickup. Keep in mind, that in addition to rideshare services, there is also a cab line at MCO where you can immediately hop into a cab without having to wait..
