Say one buys a small contract at Vero and another at Saratoga, can you transfer points to each contract and take advantage of the 11 month window at both using all points owned? Thanks!

i think vero beach is sold out unless you buy a resale, or go on a waitlist from disney.

you can transfer points from one account to another, but your points that you transfer will remain its own home resort, its own use year, its own banking deadline, so no you can not book at the 11 month, you would have to book half of it at the 11 month and then the other half at the 7 month. or wait until the 7 month and book the whole thing. once you tranfer" IN" you cannot transfer "OUT" until your next use year, for example you transfer points from vb to ssr then you can only transfer INTO ssr and transfer OUT of vb until your next use year. once points are transfer you cannot not transfer them back it is a done deal.

We have 2 small resale contracts but they are both at BWV. You can transfer the points from one contract to another (in fact, for us, that's the way to go), but the 'rules' that go with the points don't change - they still have the same use year, and only the points that are entitled to the 11 month booking window are allowed to be used in that timeframe. You have to wait the 7 months to book the other portion of your trip with your other points.

If you are thinking of buying two small contracts, it will be better for you if you borrow from one contract to get the 11 month window, and bank the second contract, then the following year you will have double the points on the second contract and can use those to stay at the other resort. Then you can alternate contracts from year to year. That way you will have your 11 month window at both resorts.
