For those of you interested in getting Frogg Toggs Home Depot has them in the store! I found them in a display stand by customer service for under $13.
The guy at the customer service desk who checked me out asked if I had felt the one on the display rack, but then quickly said "oh that was rewetted at lunch time so it is probably dried out now". It wasn't dried out and I was in the store at 8:00 p.m and the towel was still cold!!!
