What a fun day - shopping and hanging out with friends. I love that the girls wanted to get dressed up for Mayor Clayton's b-day party!

it was a great day! the kids really enjoyed the party!

What a wonderful update Lisa... It looks like everyone had such a great time. GKTW looks like such a wonderful place.

thanks, we really did! hope to be able to volunteer a day the next time we go to WDW...you have to be 12, so Megan wasn't quite old enough!

Great updates and pictures Lisa! That evening was very special enjoying Rachel's amazing talent, getting to meet so many new DISfriends in person, and the food was once again wonderful. I am so glad Jonathan and I got to be a part of it all.

And if anyone else makes it to House of Blues to eat, Jonathan and I highly recommend the Voodoo Shrimp appetizer. Next time we go we are thinking of each ordering one of those and making it our meal! (although we really enjoy the Jambalaya also!!!)

Hope we can meet up with you and the rest of your family this summer when we go to Charlotte...will let you know when it gets closer!

Wow GKTW Village looks so amazing. Seeing all those stars would have gotten to me as well. So thankful for the healthy kids in our lives (to quote St. Jude commercial)

I know those pillow pets do take up quite a bit of room even when you try and squish them down!

I totally agree Marv, yes don't faint I agree with you ....love our "family in the box" Judy and I were talking about this exact thing last night....we met here in February, but both feel we have known each other for years and that we are heart sisters

we will probably start figuring out our trip dates in a month or so, need to work it around the kids schedules too....hopefully Megan will be able to go to one of the camps with the girls, then Judy and I will have fun together also planning to go down to Charleston overnight (Megan was born there) with them!

I know, can't wait to tell Megan we are going to DLR!!!
been packing some....most will get finished Friday morning though since I have our DLR stuff and goodies to do too, so will do that after I drop Megan off at school!

Today we went to Animal Kingdom and we were on a mission! see how many times we could ride EE before my neck gave out.....

we made it to rope drop and headed over to Everest!

grabbed a FP and got in line.....we rode it 3 times in a row, before the line started getting to long....then used our FP!

we FINALLY got to ride in the front row

we ended up getting another FP and rode stand by later in the day....so we did a total of 6 rides!!!

Megan was thrilled....my neck no so much, but took some advil and was set to go!

we watched Nemo - no photos this time, just enjoyed the show!

had lunch at Tamu Tamu - was okay, burgers were a bit cold

did a few photopass pics

just walked around and took our time and I FINALLY got to meet one of my FAVORITE characters

our late night at GKTW and early morning were catching up so we headed back to POFQ - so didn't get to see the parade yet again - around 3ish.

took a little rest and then met up with Tink and Anakin for dinner at our food court.
