Friends think Disney is stupid.

I am going Disney crazy all the time! I am always talking about it, on this website, reading WDW travel guides, (I know, I'm weird.) listening to Disney music, etc. My friends think I have lost it and have this weird idea disney is for little kids. So most of then say Disney is weird before they take the time to think about it. Does this happen to anyone else?

Do you know my friends? You just described them...scary.

I see this in some of my relatives as well as other kids at school. Disney is not "cool" were I live.

But hey, they have their thing I have my thing. I will enjoy what I like and I honestly don't care if others think I have lost it. Why let Disney ignorant people get in the way of MY fun? lol I have never put down their interests and I would hope they never put down my interests. If they do, so be it...their loss!!!

Disney is an amazing place...for me at least...

Most of my friends have been there. I dont do the character signing a book anymore, my friends know that most of the rides arent for kiddies, and that they are awesome. Tell your friends about the thrill rides there.

I feel ya. Most... erm... all of my relatives (even outside the family ones) love Disney! We could talk about it forever! But some of my friends like WDW and some of them don't. We never really talk about it though so I''m not sure. But I KNOW who the ones who don't like disney are. But most of my friends like disney.

I'm lucky to have friends that like Disney stuff. Some of them don't, but oh well. I'm happy to rather spend all of my time in the Disney Store than a clothing store.

First of all, Disney is not for little kids alone. It's for anyone with an imgination. It just so happens that children have more spectacular imaginations than people older than they are.

Second of all, I have a lot of the Disney classics on my iPod. My friends always want my iPod cause they want to listen to the Disney songs. Once we all started singing to "I Just Can't Wait to Be King" lol

My friends like disney I guess. They just don't want to spend every last minute talking about it. We've talked about how much we want to go back ever since our trip to perform in marching band, but that's about it. Some of us still wear our trip shirts we had made and shirts we got while we were down there. I've been thinking about trying to find more disney shirts with funny sayings on them.

Most of my friends aren't fanatics (in other words they're not on DIS lol) but they go frequently. I have one friend who goes at least once every year so we talk Disney a bunch but she doesn't plan so even though she's been more I know more then she does if that makes sense. Also I went last week and took my best friend and she loved it so that helps now we can talk about it! But for the most part at school I don't talk about but if somebody brings up Disney that's a different story lol

My friends like disney. One of my friends hasn't been since she was 6 and doesn't remember, but she thinks it sounds cool from what I've told her. My other friend goes about once a year and likes disney a lot. I guess I'm lucky!
