Friends DD slits wrists

My really good friend just emailed me from the states and told me her DD slit both of her wrists and of all the days to do it, it was 9/11. For some of the old timers here you may remember two years ago at Christmas this same girl ran away from home and was gone for three weeks, and I know lots of DISers here prayed for her safe return. Since two years ago when she came back she went into therapy and they decided she was clinically depressed and given medication, she seemed to be doing well the last year and a half and now this. Michelle is now 16-1/2 and obviously very troubled, from what my friend said, she did it because she got grounded for something. She is in outpatient therapy and has not been to school since this happen and my DF (dear friend) is having such a hard time right now and could use a little pixie dust in her life right now. So if you guys have any extra to spare please send it their way.
