I think you can call either number, but I can tell you that there are no discounts yet past 10/26/13. The Winter F&F are due out soon.

I'm booked for early January. Will the Winter F&F cover our dates or will we have to wait until the next wave of (potential?) additional discounts?

I "think" it will go through February, so you should be good.

Information I received shows nothing past Oct 26th yet (as of yesterday). I am getting anxious. lol I think it is about 15days till my trip and I was hoping for additional discount. Still trying to be patient!

Same here (getting nervous, I mean). I feel like I'm stalking the poor reservation CMs by calling once a week. We check in on 10/31, so I have a few more days than you, but not many.....

The last time they announced an offer it was posted 13 days before it started, if they follow same suit it will be posted Monday 10/14.

I call the number that is listed on my original reservation (made by my CM friend). The number is different than calling normal Disney reservations, but I think it still goes to a central call center. I made the mistake a few months back of calling the regular reservation number and the CM had no clue about a Friends & Family discount and actually tried to change me over to the free dining promo (which would have added over $3k to my reservation).

So, I stick with the number on my reservation.

It's going to go by your check in date, so you'd have to split it up since yours will fall right on two different offers

The rates are out for beyond Oct. 26th. Nothing available for my dates at the Beach Club or any Epcot resorts, kind of bummed!! Oh well, still going with my family and going to have fun.

Yay! Thanks for the update. I just texted my daughter to have her check on ours. We are at BC also so probably not. lol But we are also at AOA in a couple weeks.

Thanks! I was able to add the Dining Plan to mine and my parents reservations. I had to change from the Pirate Themed room to a regular room but to save that much money we will deal with it!

Nothing available for our stay at AOA oct 25-30 so we will stick with the original booking on that.
But we did get the extra discount and discounted dining plan for Dec at Beach Club!
So glad I called, saved me $675 which we will use to get the DP!

Yes I am, from 11/11-11/16. She said it was available but not on the themed room, only on the standard room.

I'm not in a themed room. Hum, I guess my week just wasn't included I already have %50 off room. I am just looking for a DP discount. She said no moderates were included with the DP discount. She said I would have to move to Animal Kingdom Lodge for that week to get the DP discount. (Even at %60 off resort, that resort is still a little expensive for me) She did say to keep checking back though, something might come up. Fingers crossed

I wonder if I should call back and ask someone else ??

My dates are 1st week of December too, 3-10, only AKL available. I have called a couple times to recheck. I need 4 rooms too, so I am happy with the 50% off.
