How do you present the turkey? Do leave it whole or do you slice it and place on a serving dish.

I have dh slice it. He has one of the electric filleting knives. Less muss & fuss that way.

Slice it first. And it's the last thing that goes out on to the table.

Butter, garlic, herb is good. So is a cajun spice/chicken broth.
