Not to ask a stupid question, but what exactly is it? Is it was way of being assured a fridge on your visit?

All it is is someone has purchased a small fridge and has offered to let others use the fridge on their visit to Disney. You can read about it on the budget threads.

It is something that will soon be a thing of the past as all Value resorts will be getting some kind of refrigerator/beverage cooler by the end of April.
