Caspian comes from a line of people known as the Telmarines. It is unknown how they came to Narnia but it is believed that a group of pirates fell through a portal to Narnia somewhere around the Cook Islands.

Personally I find that while Orlando and by extension Will is hot...can't compare to Caspian. Orlando is so skinny he's almost scrawny...Caspian is buff...from what I can see.
