Friday

Friday during the day on the off season is probably one of the busier week days, but it's not as crowded as the weekends. However Friday night is pretty crowded. All us locals like to go after work for a few hours. Before my daughter was born my sister and I would go every Friday night and Every Sunday, Friday nights were usually more crowded than Sundays.

This Friday might be a little busier then other recent Fridays. Its Mothers Day weekend, which might bring more people in to the parks. If you have any luck, it will be like this past Friday. With a little planning, we never waited in line more then 20 minutes, and only used 1 fast pass.

Between 9am and noon we had rode: Space, autopia, rode the train from tomorrowland to NOS, rode haunted mansion, Splash, Pooh, and had pictures taken with the pooh characters. After lunch we rode Indy, Tiki room, and jungle cruise. Then we had about 40 minutes to kill before the 3:15 parade of dreams. That is a LOT Of rides in that much time, and its not like we were rushing/ running. We stopped and got cotton candy, used bathrooms, shopped at pooh corner, etc.

Go as early as you can Friday. With the 50th still going on it will be crowded at night.

Early in the day this Friday shouldn't be too bad... unless there is a cheerleader competition in Anaheim. :sad2:

Mothers Day usually has a decent crowd (and in past years all Mothers entering Disneyland early in the day got a rose or carnation :thumbsup2 ) but the crowd should not too large.

There is no 2fer discount going on... but it is still the 50th so the crowd should be fairly healthy, especially if the weather is really nice.

Disneyland shouldn't be too crowded on Friday I don't think... until the majority of the APs get off work in the evening and then around Electrical Parade (at DCA) and Remember/F! (at Disneyland) times... the parks will be much more crowded than the daylight hours were.

Especially by the time DCA closes, Disneyland will have a sizable crowd, most Fast Passes on all FP attractions will be gone, a lot of the park will be a rope-restricted limited-access mis-adventure, and the restaurant and snack cart lines will be overflowing into the walkways, etc... :bounce:

But the lights, cool night time attractions, fireworks and romantic atmosphere always make it really fun!

I am going to assume ( I am way to far from the day I go) I leave Friday Dec 22 thta is a Friday, staying till Christmas, and leaving Tuesday, I am sure I it will be crowded but then again I am in DL so that doesnt much matter :thumbsup2
