[What the Heck]

Ok, I am such a geek for this show. I think the acting is so amazing. I found this website that is trying to get enough signatures to show that it should be kept for next year.

I'm watching the show from the start again (with the edits) at nbc.com.

For those that have been watching it, how long can the show go though? I mean they can't keep the seniors back for another year can they?

For those that haven't seen it, you got to try it. The first time it came around, I didn't even have it set for my DVR. I was just kinda flipping the channels and was hooked the first night. I'm watching the 2nd show again on line, and I'm noticing things like the kids don't have perfect speech. They do things like using the words "like", little stutters sometimes, things like that. Really good stuff.

I love love love this show. It has to be one of the best kept secrets on TV.. For those of you who haven't seen it, it is NOT a football show.. Football is just the background story. This wonderful drama is about family, love and friends and so great!!!

I love this show too...and I'm not a football fan. It is truly an engaging show with an appealing cast and great acting. I hope they don't cancel it.

OMG, I'm watching the 3rd or 4th show again, where Mrs. Tayler gets the job as school counseler, and I hear the mayor saying "the last school counsler, she killed herself" and I almost spilled all over my computer.

So what do you think they would do with next years show? Would Tyra be gone? Riggins? Is Crash a senior or a junior? Matt Sarencen is either a sophomore or Junior. Julie is a sophomore. Isn't Lila a senior?

The outtakes that are on the website are definatley worth it too.

I get the impression Lila, Tyra, and Tim are all Seniors. At one point Mrs Coach told Jason that he had enough credits to graduate at any time, so I think he must have been a Senior.

I think Crash is a Junior. I think eventually they'll bring Jason back as an Assistant Coach - just a guess. They could lose Lila and it really wouldn't bother me all that much. Have you noticed that she is supposedly the most popular girl in school, but she doesn't seem to have one single friend except Jason.

Maybe Lila was the most popular because they were the popular couple? I remember a situation like that in HS myself (even 30 years ago). Of course if Jason stays, Lila will stay as well.

DH and I love this show. Smash is a junior, Matt is a sophmore, but Tim, Lila, and Jason are seniors. I can see Tim or Jason as next years assistant coach. I with the other peson who said they could do without Lila... acting!
