Fresh at the Dolphin

Has anyone eaten at Fresh? The lunch buffet look really nice and I thought may be a change from the Disney restaurants.

Go! It's one of our favorite restaurants! Breakfast is fantastic too.
The food is, just the like name, Fresh!

We have never ate lunch there but we have had breakfast there several times and it is great.

No, you don't need reservations. (Just bring an appetite, it's scrumptious! )

Breakfast is a buffet--but a bit different in that ALL the eggs, pancakes,etc are made " fresh" at an omlette station. Good in that you can get eggs any way you want--bad in that there can be a bit of a wait if there are a lot of folks in that line. Which of course there always are.
The breakfast meats, potatos etc are buffet style, but the sausage isn't traditional breakfast link sausage. A bit more jazzed up ( I think it has Romano cheese, among other things) and I didn't like it all that much.
We never make ADR's and have always gotten in w/o a wait. Fresh is a nice spot if you aren't in any particular hurry to go anywhere.
PS -They also have a nice selection of "fresh" made health drinks available, in addition to the usual suspects. And if you don't like bagels, rolls , etc, they'll make you toast!!

We ate at the Fresh breakfast buffet twice during our last vacation... I loved the french toast and pancakes! Also, you must try the chocolate chip muffins, they are to die for!!!
