French Toast Loaf

Is the French Toast Loaf that is sold at the Main Street Bakery served warm, room temp, or cold? Just curious. I've found the recipe on allears and I'm going to make it! I love French Toast and love to cook, so this will be Happy MOthers Day to me one day late!

It is served warm. We always have to get our French Toast loaf at least a couple of times on every trip. It has become a tradition for us to get some on our first visit to the MK on every trip.

another FTL question! is it very eggy tasting? I know it sounds weird but I don't like french toast if it's really eggy..LOL

It is eggy tasting in the middle and crispy around the edges.
