French restaurants

Ok....daughter and I are a bit confused....which French resturant is on the ground floor and which French restaurant is upstairs? Daughter wants to eat at the downstairs one with the pretty white tablecloths and windows all around, and I say it's Chefs??

Chefs de France is downstairs with all the windows and Bistro is upstairs
