I think it would be better to do the swap downstream? The person in front drop off at the next in line's resort. If you are staying offsite, then the person in front of you would leave at their resort for pick up. I think it would be better to have the stroller waiting for you at your resort upon check in versus trying to go somewhere else to get it. Then you are responsible to make sure it is waiting for next in queue.

Trying to think of a fair way handle it. Would love to hear any suggestions.

I saw this stroller in person yesterday at a boutique store. It was 'marked down' to 199.99. They had it outside on the sidewalk, but tied down. I was surprised by how light the stroller was! The seats looked a little small/narrow, but I think that's because I'm used to seeing the typical wide single stroller seats. I think they typical kiddo would fit in without a problem.

It looked like a great stroller! Good choice guys!

I think that idea should work for the most part. You can take Disney buses from one resort to another???

Will the resorts hold the stroller for more than a few days? There is still one large gap in the list of swappers. Hopefully that will be filled and won't be a problem............

I think it sounds like a fair idea, I just don't know that I'm willing to spend the two hours it would take to use Disney transportation to get the stroller to another resort, so I have to think about if I'm willing to spend the money on a cab or someone to take the stroller to the next resort, or if the money would be better spent just buying a stroller. I'm not sure right now.

I think this is a great idea. If there are swappers that are unable to do that contact the swapper after you and see if other details can be made but to me, this makes the most sense.

I think the dates that your going aren't going to be that busy. It's just before the Thanksgiving holiday so the crowds should be down, moreso than at Christmas.
The person arriving after you is staying at POP and that is really not that far from your resort. I wouldn't think it would take 2 hours.
Anyway, you have to be comfortable with your decision. If you could decide what you want to do by end of day tomorrow that would be great. If you decide you don't want the dates, we can make them available for others.

I'm not sure how long they will hold them, we really need to work to fill in some of those dates!!!
Let's keep bumping and as we read the threads, keep your eyes open for someone needing a stroller during those times and make contact. I've found some people that way

I am signed up and will be paying tomorrow but just wanted to thank everyone. This will be a real life saver. I like the idea of delivering the stroller to the resort of the next person. This would seem like one less thing to worry about upon arrival as long as everyone could do it. I know Kalliyan1 and I have an empty day in between us but I would be more than happy to get the stroller to her resort on my last day. It also seems like one less arrangement to make since everyone would then just be responsible for getting the stroller to ONE place instead of trying to use Disney transport to go find it and then figure out where to leave it. Maybe I am looking at it wrong but I like this idea. Anyone else have an opinion?

I think the resorts will hold something in luggage services up to 2 weeks. I thought I read that somewhere but could be wrong. Being gracious and tipping nicely always helps!

We are arriving after 8pm and need the stroller at 8am the next morning so I am excited that hopefully it will be waiting for me at the resort. Now we just have to get the rest of those January dates before me filled. If I happen to end up being the last person what will I need to do with the stroller?? I know that is a while off and hopefully I won't be the last person, but am just curious. Thanks again for all your organization of this kalliyan1!!

Hopefully we willl get more dates filled. If not, I've seen on some threads that they donate the strollers but I don't know where or how....I will look into it and see what I can find out.
If anyone else knows I would be grateful for information.

I know as a family we have made donations to 'Give Kids the World' in the past, perhaps when the swap is done they might want a double stroller as they always have families go WDW, Universal,Seaworld, etc... Or maybe a local family shelter?

I would love to donate the stroller to Give Kids the World!! I used to work with children who had cancer and know that at least 3 of them were able to visit Disney World with their families through this program. It gave the kids and their families something to look forward too even though they were having a rough time.
