Go to MyShutterfly account and on the bottom click on "see my special offers". What you won should be on the next page. I couldn't find mine either for a while. The congratulatory email comes a bit later.

When I signed in and went to "view my special offiers", it showed me 1) buy 3 - 8x8 scrapbook pages, get 1 page free; 2) 10 free 4x6 prints; 3) buy 3 - 12x12 scrapbook pages, get 1 page free; and 4) 15 free 4x6 prints.
