Free Wifi in the parks?

Hello All,

Wondering if there is free wifi available in the parks? We are dvc and get it free in the rooms. My DH has a ipod and wants to access the WDW apps in the park.

No, not intentionally anyway. If you find any, it would most likely be accidental but Disney does not provide it. Not in the resorts either.

FYI you do not get free wi-fi in the resorts you get wired. If you want to use wireless you will need to bring a wireless router.

Only place on property with free wi-fi was wide world of sports last I knew...If you get anything in the parks it would be a complete fluke

That article is out of date and that WiFi in the Beach Club lobby has been gone for months and months. In fact, now that I look closer that article has a comment from six months ago that says it was gone for months at that time.

Innoventions is the only place I know of where there are consistent reports of getting an open Wi-Fi signal. So good if you happen to be in there for something, but not much use for anything else.
