Free Wheeled Carry on with $1.99 purchase!

The backpack that shows as $2.99 on the shopping page keeps coming up as $15.99 once it gets in my cart. What am I doing wrong??

You have to order two or three items to get the backpack for $2.99.

To get the free shipping enter 2151-05876-0887 on the bottom of the page that you enter your CC#.

I did order 3 items. I ordered some earrings, the free carry-on, and the backpack. The backpack just keeps showing up as $15.99 once it gets to the cart. Weird. Maybe I'll just try for the earrings and carry-on and see what happens. That backpack is really cute, though! Thanks for the free shipping code. I'll try that!

You need to put 2 paid items in your cart for the bag to show up at $2.99. I bought 2 pairs of earrings

That's only if you just want the rolling cart, for the matching backpack, you need 2 items. Try it and you'll see (hopefully!!) that it works
Now lets all hope we actually get them!

Okay, I FINALLY got all the way through it!

I ordered the beaded earrings, the cable collar shrimp earrings, the backpack, and the carry-on. With the free shipping, it came to $7.97 total! Pretty good!

It'll be interesting to see what I actually get! I hope everyone posts if they get their entire order!

It was fun, anyway!

I'm getting a little concerned. I just went in to check the status of my order and now I have two order numbers! The first one just shows the tank top I ordered for $4.99 and now there's a seperate order number for the carry-on which they are charging me $29.99!!! How can they do that when I have the original order number showing both items for a total of $4.99??!?!! I think I may have to call because I'll just cancel the entire order if they try pulling something. Ugh!

I checked my orders and they're fine. But I did order before I saw these posts...I get a lot of things from Chadwicks. From reading the posts, the only thing I'd be concerned about is not having the blue box code from the catalog. Although the orders are being processed without one, maybe if they're getting overwhelmed with $1.99 orders this is the way they will sort through them. I do think if the free carry on offer isn't given then they should just cancel the orders, NOT charge the full $29.99 though.

Anyone else find the $29.99 showing up? Make sure you check both columns on your order form, there's a column for Unit Price and then next to it the Total should be 0.00.

FYI.... I just got off the phone with Chadwick's customer service. They did split my order and were charging me $29.99 for the carry-on. After 20+mins on hold, they said they would credit me for the $29.99. So if anyone hasn't received their order yet you may want to check the website. I had my orginal email and printed out my order confirmation showing both items for $4.99 so I'm not sure how this happened. Again, just an FYI!

$29.99 for that carry-on? It's the very same carry-on I got free from Lane Bryant. Not worth $29.99. Maybe more like $9.99. It's a bargain for free though.

my order got split too..what they told me was that the carry on got put on a back ordered status and then got restocked very quickly, guess they just had to add the numbers into the inventory computer system and then they re-ordered it for everyone but that since it was a split order it got charged since it was the only item on the new order..but they also are going to credit me for the $29.99, i have the guy's name i talked to if i have any problems..and print outs of my orders.
