Good News
Recieved my 2nd order and this time the wheeled case did not have that strong smell to it.

Bad News
I ordered three blouses for myself. One fit good and i really like it. One was too tight, and one was too short but fit otherwise, all of these are the same size. So now I have to send 2 of them back. Guess i'd better call them and see if i have to order two more items so i'm not charged full price for the backpack, tote and makeup bags.

just wanted to share my news 2 of my 5 bags arrived today along with the other product i ordered, mine did not have a strong smell, my dtr loved the bag and she is now officially packed for dis, just need to get her socks and undies,

HELP!! I'm trying to process my order & I couldn't get any of the codes to work in the catalog # box, when I set up my account. Now, I'm afraid to complete the order! I'm trying to get the free bag & the free shipping, can anyone give me advice? Please???

The 50% off is for one item only. So if you had multiple items in one order, that may have been why only one was discounted. You have to do separate orders .....and get MANY suitcases.... to get 50% off of each item you buy.

(Of course, that means more $$$ for shipping, but it's worth it when you're getting the 50% off of more expensive items)

You don't put the discount code in 'catalog #' box, you save it till later.

First, put each item into your shopping cart. Then press checkout until you get to the stage when you put your credit card in. Below the credit card area is another area that says "promotional code". THAT'S where you put in the code (either 50% off OR Free Shipping, but you can't use both on the same order).

Thanks so much for the quick reply! I am only trying to get the free bag & shipping with this order, so shouldn't I have 2 codes to use? I've become a little confused... (I know, that doesn't take alot... )

Oh, you have to put those 2 codes in at different times. For the luggage, you enter the number in the catalog box at the beginning (just like you are ordering an item, which you are, it's just free!)
Then, for the free shipping, you do it at the end, when you do your credit card:

Talked to someone at chadwicks. I have to either order 2 more items to replace the ones i am returning to not be charged full price or return the backpack, tote, & makeup bags.

I agree that they are great!! I placed two orders, first time only got the carry on, the second order I ordered 3 pairs of earings and got the makeup bag and backpack. Love them!!! Free shipping on all.

I got my order today........the earrings are so cheap, it looks like dollar store stuff. The bags are just as bad, I have never been really satisfied with anything from Chadwicks I should have learned my lesson by now.

I posted this earlier in the thread, but I think it's worth repeating. If you're not going to use the free carry on bag, you may want to look into donating them to your local dept. of children's services office. Many children, when they are displaced from homes, have only a plastic bag or paper grocery bag to put their precious few belongings. Having a "real" bag may not be much, but even if it helps a little I think it's worth it.
I kept one bag and donated three.
