when I track my two packages, it says that I should get them Monday. Darn it.

Mine first went to shipped status on Monday. It is now the 24th, and UPS still doesn't have them.

I just got my shipping confirmation and it too just listed the suitcase and said my CC would be billed $29.99. There was no mention of my other item either. I just called Chadwicks and the lady said that she would issue me a $30 gift certificate. I told her that I didn't want a GC! She tried to say that I put in two seperate orders. One for the suitcase and one for the pair of pjs I ordered. I told her that I had a copy of my oder confirmation and it is one order and not two. She was trying to tell me that it was my fault! Finally I convinced her that it was their fault. What a joke! She said it would be credited back to my CC and it would take one to two billing cycles. I won't be dealing with Chadwicks anymore. I also placed an order for my mom and got a correct shipping confirmation that the suitcase was free.

in case anyone else wondered what or got the "billing info received" notice from UPS..according to the local PO they have billed ups for delivering the package....but don't necessarily "have" the actual package( ) in their possesion yet( why doesn't that surprise me that they charge for something they haven't done yet). still waiting for it but he said it should get delivered to them with in the next couple days then they "aren't allowed " to keep it around( yeah like they aren't "allowed" to read my mags.either but they always come with little "read" folds in them but have to deliver it the next mail delivery.

still don't understand why ups isn't bringing it all the way to my door since they deliever stuff here all the time but who am i to question the PO

My Chadwick order just arrived! The $2.99 earrings are just fine for my DGD and the FREE tote was quite a deal! The Vincelli black tote is 20"x13½" and a full 6½" deep. It has a locking pull up handle and best of all it folds flat! I can slip this into the bottom of my pullman for any extra shopping deals I find at WDW in November! Got my orders today, also. It is a decent carry-on, I just went online and ordered another. I'm donating the other two sets I ordered and now I want one for us. I didn't realize it folded flat..it's perfect for souvenirs! I'm loving the 50% coupon too!!

i got the carry-on today! i love that it folds flat. but i didn't get my earrings or receipt. it was just the carry-on in the box, that's it. do you think i might get that separately in an envelope or something?

Hey guys and gals! I just got an email from Chadwicks saying that this offer has been extended until 10/25/04. It also listed a few other items in addition to the carry on bag that are in the collection and at a great price. Here's the info. The item number for the carry on is 2154-15357-350, There is also a backpack for $2.99 with a 2 item purchase which I think someone else spoke about earlier but the number on my email for this is 2154-15362-350. The email also listed a makeup bag and vanity case for $1.49 with a 3 item purchase. So....I just purchased 2 more pairs of earrings and a bracelet and then added a carry on for free, a backpack for $2.99 and the vanity case and makeup bag for $1.49. My total was $15.45 and I used the free shipping code 2151-05876-0887 so my total was for all those items.

DUH!! Ok so I figured out today what I was doing wrong yesterday...you have to use the dashes!! Ok so now that Isee the light - placed my order today...I got sucked in and bought 3 things so I could get the carry-on, backpack and makeup case. I received the blouse I purchased and the bag. Of course, with my luck the blouse is a little big, but it is not worth returning for 4.50 returned UPS postage. The carry on is fine for free but not for 29.99. I will have to remember in the future that clothes run a little big. I will be looking for to anymore information on great buys like this one. I just got my free carry on with a note that said "item no longer available" for the earrings I ordered! They sent the carry-on free with no shipping!!!!

I placed my order by phone 9/16 and still have not received it yet, I will gove it 'till Monday. When I call customer service I get a message staing that my order has been processed, but that's it, so I hope it's on it's way!
