Free Website?

I have been trying to get my little .jpg to work on here, but seems geocities doesn't like me putting my link for the photo or something. It just doesn't appear and/or it just disappears when is was there. Seems as long as I have a window open to my website, the photo appears. When I close the window, the photo disappears.

I tried to get a free website on DIS (I think), but can't seem to figure out how to do any. Any suggestions? I just want to be able to put some clipart/photos in my signature. Also, how does everyone get the different fonts and colors in the sig line?
