I was just on the Costco website and noticed a link towards the top of the page just said "Shop for Business Products" when I clicked on the link it gave the option of purchasing breakroom supplies. They have Nestle bottled spring water for $6.99/case (24 1/2 liter bottles) and it says the price includes S&H. They also had coffee creamer, snack items, etc. I did a mock order (since I won't be going to WDW for several months) and never did it indicate there would be any extra charges. So, if you're leaving soon and want to give it a try -- here's the link:
http://www.costco.com/Common/Category.aspx?Ne=4000000&N=4016291&Nr=P_CatalogNam e:BC&cat=54990&Ns=P_Price|0||P_SignDesc1&topnav=na tional

Use your resort as the shipping address and include your arrival date.

It says the orders will be shipped UPS with a 2-3 business day delivery.

If anyone does this, please report back and let us know how it went. :goodvibes

Thanks for the link!

I'm not going until November, but I'm going to try and remember this. I also did a mock checkout and the S/H was $0.00. So hopefully it is free.

I'll be going in August...so we'll know by then at least. I will place my order a week before check-in and I'm also going to include some of the snack crackers and such. We shall see!

Awesome find! Definitely check back and let me know how this goes for you, since we'll be headed down about a month after you return. I love:love: Costco, and was planning to buy breakfast bars and such from there anyway, then cart them down with us. But this would be so much better. Thanks!

* Bump *

Trying to keep this active so someone going in a few days can place an order and give this a try. :goodvibes

I added this to my favorites for out Nov trip since Staples doesn't have free shipping anymore.
Thanks

Staples has free shipping over $50. A great suggestion I heard was to order an ink cartridge for your printer and then just bring it home with you after your trip (in checked luggage, of course). This works for me as I usually get my ink cartidges from Staples anyway.

However, I have subscribed to this thread because we are members of Costco and if this works, might as well go for it. I wonder if the free shipping would apply to snacks from Costco also?

Maybe you could post this over on the budget board too? Get the message out to enough people surely someone will try it and report back. :goodvibes Sounds like a GREAT idea!

I just did a search for bottled water on the main part of the site, and this and another water came up so I wouldn't expect to need a business account to get it. Wonder if it works for cases of soda to?

(checked, can't find any soda)

Awesome. I know Costco does free delivery for businesses, but I always assumed there would be a minimum order. Great tip. :thumbsup2

This is great news! I usually visit my local Costco to bring items to Disney with us. To get it delivered, with no delivery fee.......fantastic! Thanks for the info

I have ordered a few things from Costco.com and S/H is ALWAYS included in the price. I was under the impression that Costco just ships stuff for free. Is this not the case? :confused3

No, they don't ship everything for free but there are quite a few items that do. I order from them all the time.

Thanks for the awesom tip!

I hope it works for us Canadian Costco members. I'm going to try it a couple of days before my Aug 30th departure. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Please post if it works for you! I'm normally a big water drinker and was trying to think of how to get bottled water to the resort since we'll be using ME this year.

I also did a mock order, since I am not a member. I could do it, but it also charged me .70 for the upcharge for 2 cases of water. Not a big deal to me. Much better than having to buy $50 from Staples. They really don't have any food items that could be included though(like pop tarts, etc), but I can easily pack them and granola bars, etc. Water would have been a big problem to get there. Still haven't ruled out using garden grocer, since we would like some yogurt and fresh fruit during our stay.

Is that how this is going to work?

We are going in July and are Cosco members. Has anybody had this work?
