Okay, this is my second try at being a good DVCer...

I have one Q&C voucher left, that needs to be used before end of May. I can't use it because we're going next in July.

So Would anyone like it, FREE?

I used it for Beaches & Creme, at BCV, and was nice.

This sounds like a very nice gesture and it is awfull nice of you, but at the risk of sounding dumb, what is a Q&C voucher?

It's a Quick and Casual Meal Voucher. They used to be available for purchase through certain membership clubs for $11.50 (?) and allowed a drink, entree, side, and dessert at counter-service restaurants. They are no longer available due to the new dining plan being offered by Disney. You can still find a few of them on ebay but they are way over-priced.
