Yes, but you still have to pay for parking. Also, some of the clubs may have an admission charge.

After you park in the garages you will pass by Citywalk to get to the parks,there is no admission to simply get into Citywalk except for parking which is $14 before 6pm and $3 after 6pm.Some venues like clubs may have admission fees.
