Planning a WDW trip for September 2014 @ Pop - anyone have insight on when Disney typically announces their free QS DDP & typically which months the free DDP applies to?

Mousesavers.com has a list of when discounts have been historically released and for which dates they pertain:

It looks like last year, free dining was released to the general public in August for dates starting in September.

For this year's "summer" offer, all check-in dates were in September and started on Labor Day. There were none in August or October. An additional offer came out later, for some dates in October, November and December.
