Free Personalized Disney Maps

Is anyone else having problems getting the free personalized maps ordered from the Disney web site? I've tried about a dozen times in the last week or so, on different computers at different times of the day and still get an error message "Sorry, a system error has occurred. Please try back later." I've sent an e-mail to the Disney website reporting the problem but have gotten no response. Leaving in June and would love to have the maps by then...

I ordered maps yesterday and did not have any problems. Hope you get your ordered. Sometimes it takes a few days for Disney to respond. Maybe you can try again using another computer.

I had that problem for weeks. (Also had problems viewing the changes I had made to my reservations, and could not view my itinerary for over a month... their website is not the best) I believe there's a place where it asks you about using the current itinerary. I made a change there (just had it not use my saved itinerary) and then it finally went through. The maps only print with your last name and the attractions you selected, so the dates and specifics of your itinerary really don't matter.

I just received the maps yesterday.

Thanks TZOLKIN! I tried again using a different e-mail address and account. It went through this time. I think that there is a "hiccup" in the itinerary for my original account. I had the same problem that you had with your itinerary. I tried for a long time to get it to save changes. I think Disney's site is cool, fairy dust and all, but I also think it's got LOTS of bugs!

Glad it worked!

I wish I would have thought to change something earlier. I just figured that the website wasn't working and kept trying back. I have since been able to get into my itinerary and check my reservations as well with no problems.

I have my real itinerary with park hours, etc and my reservation/payment details in Word documents on my computer, but it would be really frustrating if you just used the Disney website and then couldn't access your info for weeks at a time.

Any idea how long it takes for the maps to be sent out? I got my confirmation e-mail of the order on April 8 and have not had anything since saying they've been sent. I am having them sent to my parent's place in Florida so the actual shipping should not take too long but they are leaving in three weeks to come home and I'm really hoping they will be there in time. The site said 2-4 weeks for delivery, so I figured that would mean 1-3 weeks for them to be actually sent out.
