Then choose your city, then choose your showing and click RSVP (Even though it looks like a dead link)
They will send you an email to bring to the theatre-

although it is a little concerning that on the email it says :
Thank you for your RSVP for the free screening of Millions. Screening details are provided below. Remember, promotional screenings are on a first-come, first-served basis and not guaranteed seating. We'll see you there!
Please print this e-mail and bring it with you to the screening.

I got my confirmation email (the exact one that the OP posted) about 10 seconds after I hit submit.
The movie looks good - I am so excited! THANK YOU CHEAPMOM

is anyone else not able to select a number of seats? This does look good, and there is a screening in my city Toronto, but I can't select seats.

Seats are on a first come first service basis.

I haven't received a confirmation email yet but the site said I was signed up.
Let's hope!

Update:
My server must have a firewall or be blocking this site because I never got the email. I re-signed up with my daughters juno email and we got it in seconds.

Guess I should get another email just for promotions.

I had a choice of 1 or 2 seats. I chose 2, then I signed my DD up for 2 so we have comfirmations for 4 seats. There was a little drop down box.
